Have you ever dressed up as a character for Halloween, behaved different from your “normal” behavior?
Now, think about what you want to accomplish.
How would someone who wants to accomplish this behave?
How would they dress, speak and feel about themselves?
I feel indirectly different when I wear my uniform, although it doesn’t change my knowledge, experience nor confidence. How you dress, show up and act determines what others think about you. And the meaning you give it, determines how it makes you feel.
Again, think about what it is you want to achieve.
Chances are, someone else has already done it.
Model not only how they dressed and acted but also how and what they were thinking.
Remember, everything you want to accomplish has to be created twice.
Once in your mind and then in reality.
Start by creating the successful “you” first.
