More and more people are not satisfied with their current job and would quit "if they could". What's stopping them? -The long list of reasons and justifications as to why they can't: social/family responsibility, money, etc. What is it that really matters to you? Family, health or wealth. Maybe all of these. However, if it is not balanced you become stressed out, tense and less satisfied.
